A 2 phase project 6-story commercial and residential building. Keen engineering has been working on this project with client since the schematic phase and development permit design. As this project goes into design later in 2024, keen engineering have been involved with utility since 2023 to secure power and transformer on site prior to building construction. As we at keen engineering understands that the site services are the vital process which can make or break a project success.

Residential buildings BP design started mid 2023 and site is under construction already, keen engineering expedited design services and provided BP sets of each building under 2 weeks with Energy modelling.
